Veeam V10 Partner Academy was one of the first virtual events we delivered, as the whole events industry along with our clients embarked on the new challenges and paradigm shifts of event delivery as a result of Covid-19.

With a very condensed project timeline, we worked with Veeam Software Australia and New Zealand to repurpose their V10 multi-city roadshow into one major virtual event.

Approximately 900 viewers based in Australia and New Zealand.

Key project scope and highlight

Adopted a hybrid approach consisting of a mix of live and pre-recorded content to help minimise any potential risks
Our engaging and talented virtual event host, Rae Johnston – a multi-award winning journalist, broadcaster, voice actor and MC
Live polling and Q&A capabilities – 65% of delegates were actively engaged throughout
Our studio team assistance with pre and post event communication content i.e. videos and event identity.
