350 Year Celebration

350 years in business is an amazing milestone and the Veritas Events team was grateful to have the opportunity to be part of a global celebration for one of our clients. Our project scope was to assist our local client in connecting with their global teams in participating in an Official Ceremony hosted in Germany through a live webcast.

The concept for the event was a 24 hour virtual event with the content live streaming from 12 different countries.

Our brief was to work with the event and technology teams around the world to produce and execute one seamless global celebration.

Language barriers, time zone differences, venue and technology intricacies, 12 countries working as one team to align a global webcast event is no mean feat.

Planning for this event took impeccable detail and a skilled team to execute. It was an invaluable experience and an incredible opportunity for our team to be part of.

The schedule was timed to the second, with back up plans and contingencies in place for every situation – luckily these were never required! From pre-event to execution, our technical production and event management teams worked closely together to ensure every moment was thoroughly assessed and evaluated. It was important to establish the detailed processes, ensuring the right technology and infrastructures were put in place to deliver a successful live broadcast and execute a seamless experience.

The result was one successful live broadcast over 24 hours across 12 countries. An amazing 350 year milestone celebrated together as one company, with over 53,000 employees and special guests connected and engaged.
