Polyaire Virtual Product Launch

The Brief

Polyaire engaged us to deliver Airtouch Unlocked, an engaging, one-hour virtual broadcast designed to launch its latest Airtouch innovations to a remote, trade-focused audience. The brief called for a premium, broadcast-quality experience that felt live, human and intentionally crafted, rather than a static or over-produced virtual event.

Sustaining attention and momentum in a virtual format is notoriously difficult, particularly across a full hour of technical product content. The additional challenge was working within an exposed, industrial studio environment while ensuring the broadcast felt polished, dynamic and on brand. 

Execution

Rather than disguising the raw nature of the studio, we embraced it. The industrial, daylight-filled space became a feature of the creative approach, with exposed structure, lighting stands and rigging intentionally incorporated into the visual language of the broadcast. 

The event was delivered using a multi-camera broadcast setup designed to maintain pace and visual variety throughout the hour: 

  • A mid or alternate angle anchored the primary set 
  • A tight camera angle created intimacy and strengthened presenter connection 

A 20-foot triangular Jimmy Jib delivered fluid, cinematic wide shots and dynamic transitions 

When multiple hosts were on set, cameras shifted into a cross-shooting formation, allowing for natural interaction while maintaining strong coverage. A cinema camera was also introduced to capture behind-the-scenes and off-axis moments, adding depth, texture and authenticity to the viewing experience. 

The studio itself was designed as a multi-zone set, inspired by the rhythm of breakfast television. Hosts physically moved between stage zones throughout the program, creating natural energy shifts and a sense of progression across the broadcast. Branded video bumpers punctuated each transition, providing clean visual resets while reinforcing Polyaire’s brand identity. 

Movement was a guiding principle across both talent and camera, with the Jimmy Jib strategically used to mirror presenter motion and maintain momentum throughout the show. 

Outcome

Airtouch Unlocked delivered a contemporary virtual experience that balanced structure with spontaneity. The layered camera approach, movement-led design and authentic studio environment resulted in a broadcast that felt premium, engaging and genuinely live. 

The format kept viewers connected across the full hour, elevated the product storytelling, and demonstrated how considered broadcast design can transform virtual launches into compelling brand moments.
