The Brief
Betashares partnered with us to celebrate a major business milestone for funds under management. The brief was to create a premium, sophisticated celebration for internal and external stakeholders, delivered consistently across multiple cities within a tight timeframe.
The same milestone event needed to be delivered across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, each with different venues, guest numbers and layouts, all within just eight days. The experience needed to feel cohesive nationally, while still responding to the character and constraints of each individual space.
Execution
Veritas Events worked closely with venue partners in each city to identify a unique design and styling approach that suited the space, while maintaining a consistent Betashares brand presence across all three events.
Each celebration was elevated through tailored event styling, creative use of production and lighting, and carefully curated catering experiences featuring premium, high-impact food stations. The events were delivered as cocktail-style receptions, encouraging movement, conversation and connection throughout the space.
The Veritas team managed end-to-end event and project coordination across all three locations, supported by strong local supplier partnerships and strict timeline management to ensure consistency, quality and seamless delivery across states.
Outcome
The milestone celebrations were met with overwhelmingly positive feedback from across the business, with strong attendance and high engagement in all three cities. The events successfully recognised Betashares’ achievement while creating a shared sense of pride, momentum and celebration across the organisation.
