Hop Lun 25th Celebration – Employee Incentive

The Brief

To mark its 25th anniversary, Hop Lun, a global manufacturer of fashion lingerie and swimwear, partnered with Veritas Events to create an unforgettable employee incentive experience in Sydney.

The goal was to celebrate 25 years of success by bringing together more than 1,100 team members from around the world for a long weekend that combined recognition, adventure, and shared memories.

Veritas was engaged to deliver end-to-end event management and production, from logistics and creative theming to cultural performances and once-in-a-lifetime experiences across Sydney.

Execution

The Easter long weekend was transformed into a multi-day celebration that showcased the best of Sydney. Our team designed and managed the full experience, including all logistics, AV production, cultural entertainment, and translation services.

Welcome Reception
The festivities began with a spectacular welcome event at The Argyle. Guests enjoyed a menu curated by head chefs from the Rockpool Group, while immersive digital art projections and live performances brought the courtyard to life. The experience featured a Hop Lun time tunnel, didgeridoo performances, and an interactive DJ booth that kept the atmosphere electric.

Activities
Across Sydney, guests could choose from curated experiences designed for every interest. Options included skydiving, bridge climbing, wine tasting in the Hunter Valley, surfing lessons, Blue Mountains tours, and behind-the-scenes experiences at the Sydney Opera House. Bilingual guides ensured everyone could participate with ease and confidence.

Farewell Party
The weekend culminated in a spectacular gala dinner at The Ivy, themed “Life is a Circus.” Guests were immersed in a live circus atmosphere featuring dancers, stilt and aerial performers, revolving DJs, light shows, custom-branded balloon drops, and glitter explosions. Carnival games, themed menus, and circus props transformed the venue into an unforgettable world of celebration.

Recovery Brunch
To close out the program, guests embarked on a harbour cruise to Taronga Zoo for a relaxed recovery brunch. The exclusive event featured an Australian-style BBQ, acoustic music, and up-close animal encounters on the zoo’s concert lawn.
