Resuming our Meet the Team Series, we got to know more about our Head of Rewards Marketplace, Sara Guthrie.

This week, we had a chat with Sara Guthrie, a lover of the outdoors and exercise, Sara is also an avid reader and foodie.  

Sara leads the team that brings inspiring rewards to all our clients and as a BI WORLDWIDE Australia veteran, she has helped shape the business into what it is through her incredible dedication and passion she brings to the table every day. 

I’ve been with BIW for 15 years now and in the Performance Improvement & Rewards industry for almost 25 years. My role is all about making sure our participants feel valued with a reward experience tailored to them. 

Learning about our clients and participants and sourcing suppliers to suit their needs.  We have such a wide range of clients and tailor our rewards selection for each audience. 

I enjoy being outside either a spot of gardening or, a big hike exploring the parks, one of my favourite spots is Marysville, Victoria.  In the cooler months you might find me at the movies or the on though couch with a good book and a glass of wine.  

Our fabulous team! We all love what we do and have such a wide range of subject matter experts that finding solutions for our clients is easy. 

I hit the gym for a class or a run on the treadmill, always a great way to re-energise. 

Consult with your clients, successful reward programs offer rewards that strengthen their employees value to the company.  Recognising them with a personal approach is key.  

Too many to choose from, depending on what I feel like. The Bridgeroom (now closed) was a sentimental favourite because it was one of the first fine dining experiences I had and opened my eyes to the fine-dining world.
