The brief

A leading science and technology company approached Veritas Events to help deliver a once-in-a-lifetime milestone. A 350-year global celebration connecting teams from across the world.

The vision was to unite 53,000 employees and special guests through a live broadcast linking 12 countries to a central ceremony in Germany. The challenge: coordinate global production teams, navigate multiple time zones, and deliver a 24-hour virtual experience that felt seamless, engaging, and deeply human.

Execution

Our role was to design and manage the Australian broadcast and live event, ensuring local participants were fully connected to the global celebration.

Working alongside the client’s global event and technology teams, Veritas delivered a production that merged technical precision with creative storytelling.

• Coordinated live streaming between 12 international broadcast hubs.
• Implemented robust redundancy and contingency systems to safeguard uptime.
• Managed local event logistics and audience experience for the 250-person Sydney celebration.
• Developed detailed run-of-show and timing protocols to the second, ensuring perfect alignment across all time zones.
