The Brief
We partnered with Volkswagen to deliver the Volkswagen Champions Incentive, bringing together top-performing Champion Program winners for a three-day incentive experience in one of Australia’s most iconic destinations.
The brief was to create a reward that genuinely recognised performance over the previous 12 months, while giving delegates the chance to relax, connect and experience something truly memorable.
The destination needed to feel special for both first-time and returning winners, while remaining logistically accessible for delegates travelling from multiple regions. It was essential that the program balanced celebration, relaxation and activity, without feeling overly structured or rushed.
Execution
We designed an immersive incentive program set against the breathtaking natural landscape of Uluru, combining unique local experiences with moments of celebration and reflection.
Uluru offered a rare opportunity to bring the group together in a setting that felt both awe-inspiring and meaningful, blending natural beauty with cultural significance at the heart of Australia. Across the three days, the program included a curated mix of shared dining experiences, guided activities and time to explore the region at a relaxed pace.
Every detail was carefully considered to ensure the experience felt seamless, rewarding and worthy of the achievement being celebrated.
Outcome
The Volkswagen Champions Incentive delivered an unforgettable experience that resonated deeply with attendees. Delegate feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with participants describing the program as one of the most enjoyable experiences of their careers.
